1. Express Consent & Telephony Carrier Compliance

By placing a call to our automated telephone lines, or by providing your express written consent through our website forms to receive a callback, you acknowledge and agree that your voice interaction will be managed by an automated AI agent.

2. Mandatory Call Recording Notice

To comply with federal, state, and provincial "one-party" and "two-party" consent wiretapping laws (including TCPA in the US and CRTC regulations in Canada):

All AI interactions are recorded: Every conversation handled by our AI voice platform is monitored, recorded, and transcribed in real-time.

Purpose: These recordings are used exclusively for quality assurance, training, verification of business transactions, and operational compliance.

Data Security: All voice files and text transcripts are securely encrypted and are subject to the restrictions outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. Immediate Opt-Out Rights

You are not required to communicate with an artificial or automated voice assistant to do business with us. If you do not wish to be handled by an AI assistant or have your voice recorded, you may:
